We know it’s cheesy, but we couldn’t help make our weekly team meeting something that would make us smile – and it did. Besides the smiles and laughter at the start, our virtual team meeting was great, why? Because the one big lesson from lockdown was that without the normal level of day-to-day work, we have time to think.
The process has helped us learn about ourselves and how we can do things better to provide a truly customer-centric approach. For customers, partners and suppliers it means we are working to the highest standards and continually improving how we operate and the products and services we offer.
As the COVID-19 situation develops our top priorities at Forge are the health and well-being of our staff and mitigating service disruption to customers. Remote working is standard practice for the Forge team, so we are well placed to maintain business continuity in the weeks ahead.
We are back in full swing at Forge and welcoming 2020 with reflections on an outstanding 2019. From doubling the number of Forge Bluepoint users to launching in Ireland, we can't wait to see what the coming year will bring.
We are donating to two charities who do an amazing job to support those in need over the Christmas break. CALM a support line for men under 45 and Caring in Bristol which will provide food and shelter for the homeless.
Forge Bluepoint, visitor management has launched in four multi-tenant buildings in Dublin. The buildings are part of a contract with IPUT Ireland's longest established commercial property fund and the largest owner of office buildings in Dublin.
Forge has been working with Bouygues Energies & Services, one of the largest property companies in the country, for over a year, enhancing its facilities management offering.
